Are pets allowed?
The best answer we can give is “it depends” on the property owner.

Can you hold a rental before I apply?
At times our owners allow us to take a non-refundable deposit from prospective tenants.  This is on a case-by-case basis.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You pay first month’s rent along with your security deposit. 

How do I pay rent?
We provide the following options:
  • Online on our website under ‘Tenant Log In’
  • Visit us at our office, during office hours
  • Dropbox – After office hours
  • On site manager

How old do you have to be to apply?
In order to apply you must be of legal age.

If I do not qualify by myself, may I apply with a co-signer?

Yes, you may apply with a co-signer. 

Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are nonrefundable.  

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
If you are planning to move out, we would appreciate receiving a 30 day notice.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply on our website, under vacant properties or you can visit us at our office.  Rental applications are also found at our vacant properties.  Our Pinnacle team member who shows you the property may also provide you with an application.
